미국은 Orange Code를 발동시켰습니다.
High Condition(Orange)- High Risk of Terrorist AttacksA High Condition is declared when there is a high risk of terrorist attacks. In addition to the Protective Measures taken in the previous Threat Conditions, Federal departments and agencies should consider the following general measures in addition to the agency-specific Protective Measures that they will develop and implement:
- Coordinating necessary security efforts with Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies or any National Guard or other appropriate armed forces organizations;
- Taking additional precautions at public events and possibly considering alternative venues or even cancellation;
- Preparing to execute contingency procedures, such as moving to an alternate site or dispersing their workforce; and
- Restricting threatened facility access to essential personnel only.

성탄절이라고 해서 모든 사람들이 다 행복하기는 힘들다는 뜻을 밝히고자 한 것이었습니다. 석가탄신일에 모든 사람들이 다 행복하기를 바라지 못하듯이 말입니다.
내심 미국의 방자함을 경고하는 또 하나의 사건이 발생하기를 바라고 있는지도 모르겠습니다.
